Biography
Nydelis Ortiz is a Castleton State College senior double majoring in Spanish for Business and Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in business administration. She graduated from high school at the age of 16 and will graduate from college, receiving two bachelor¡¯s degrees, at the age of 20. She has interned at the Department of Homeland Security and one day hopes to be the owner of a business.
Nydelis is a native of Puerto Rico but moved to Vermont at the age of six. She enjoys partaking in the vast activities the state has to offer, including hiking, kayaking, and swimming. The avid lover of the outdoors also enjoys keeping active with a good workout at the gym, a run outside, or even a game of football.
Some of her hobbies include playing the violin, learning to play other instruments, watching movies with family and friends, and reading.
